Who we are
GardenGate Veranda builds and fits made-to-measure verandas and canopies, carports, sun shading, side walls and sliding glass walls at your home. Our area: Eindhoven and surrounding area.

Requests and quotes
A request through the website, by email, phone or WhatsApp is without obligation. The more complete your request, the sharper the price indication you get from us.
We always get in touch to talk through all your wishes and the details. The quote is the document in which we set down what we agree with you. If you miss something, ask about it before you agree.

Made to measure
Everything we make is made to measure: your veranda or canopy is made to your dimensions and your choices, such as the roof, the walls, the lighting and the sun shading. We charge no surcharge for made-to-measure work.
Because it is made to your specifications, it matters that the dimensions and choices in the quote are right. Check them carefully before you agree, and let us know if anything is wrong.
Prices
The price of your project is in the quote. We work with a lowest-price guarantee. How it applies in your situation, we are glad to explain before you agree.
Warranty
GardenGate gives a 5-year warranty on polycarbonate roof panels. What applies to the other parts is stated in your quote. What the warranty covers exactly, and how to make a claim, we are glad to explain.
In addition, your statutory rights remain. Under the Dutch Civil Code, what we supply and fit must match what we agreed with you. A warranty does not take that right away.
Complaints
Not happy with something? Please let us know as soon as you can, by email or phone, and tell us what is wrong. A photo often helps. We will then look for a solution together with you.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to our agreements and to this text, insofar as mandatory law does not provide otherwise.
