Quote & price
How do I request a quote?
Through the quote request on this website, or by calling us or sending a message with photos on WhatsApp or by email. Tell us as completely as you can what you want. After that, we always get in touch to talk through all your wishes and the details.
What is best to send along?
Photos of the spot, the measurements (width × depth), your choice of roof (glass, polycarbonate or none) and the extras you have in mind, such as recessed spots, glass sliding doors, tinted glass, aluminium walls or sun shading. Not sure about something yet? We will talk it through together.
Does custom work cost extra?
No. Your veranda is made entirely to measure, and we charge no surcharge for custom work. We also work with a lowest-price guarantee.
What is a price indication?
An indication of what your veranda will cost, based on what you tell us. The more complete your request, the sharper the indication. We go through the details with you afterwards.
Options & materials
Glass or polycarbonate: which suits me?
Glass generally lets in the most light and gives the most open view, but it is heavier and generally more expensive. Polycarbonate is lighter and more affordable and often heats up more slowly, but it lets light through more softly and diffusely. You can read the full comparison in our knowledge base, and we will look with you at what suits your garden.
What is the gable infill?
The gable infill is the triangular panel beside the roof. You choose whether to have it closed with glass or polycarbonate, or to leave it open.
Can I combine options?
Yes. A veranda with aluminium side walls, glass sliding walls, LED spots and sun shading can be combined as you wish, turning it into a sheltered outdoor room. What suits your home and garden, we talk through with you.
What is tinted glass?
Tinted glass is glass with a darker tint. It softens the sunlight and generally gives more privacy, while you can still see through it. You can choose side walls of tinted glass.
Installation & permits
Do I need a permit for a veranda?
That depends on your municipality, the dimensions and where the veranda goes. Many canopies at the back of a house need no permit, but not all. On the Dutch Omgevingsloket (omgevingsloket.nl) you can check for yourself what applies to your situation; your municipality can also advise you.
Will a veranda suit my house and garden?
We talk that through with you. Send photos of the spot and the measurements, and we can judge well what is possible.
What should I prepare for the installation?
Make sure the spot is clear and easy to reach, for example of garden furniture, plants and other items. What else is needed, we talk through with you beforehand.
Which area do you work in?
We work in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. Do you live just outside it? Feel free to get in touch and we will let you know whether it is possible.
Warranty & care
What warranty do I get?
We give a 5-year warranty on our polycarbonate roof panels. Do you have questions about the warranty on other parts of your veranda? Please ask, and we will talk it through in the conversation about your quote.
How do I look after aluminium and glass?
Rinse aluminium and glass a few times a year with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning product, and wipe with a soft cloth or sponge. Don’t use abrasives or sharp objects, and keep gutters and drains clear of leaves.
How do I clean the roof?
Use lukewarm water, a soft brush or sponge and a mild cleaning product. Avoid abrasives and harsh or solvent-based products, which can scratch or damage the panel, and don’t walk on the roof. Feel free to ask us for care advice for your roof panels.
What do I do if something is wrong with my veranda?
Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email and tell us what is going on, ideally with a photo. Then we will see together what is needed.
