What do you need for a quote?
The dimensions of the spot where the carport is to go and your choices for the roof, the lighting and any side walls. A photo of the spot helps. The more complete your request, the sharper the price indication; after that we get in touch to talk everything through.
Can I add side walls later?
That depends on the option and on your carport. Discuss it with us beforehand: then we will take it into account in the design.
Glass or polycarbonate for the roof?
Glass gives a clear view upwards. Polycarbonate is lighter in weight and often lets through softer light. Both keep the rain out. Not sure? Then we will talk it through with you.
Do I need a permit for a carport?
That depends on the location, the dimensions and your municipality. The Omgevingsloket, the Dutch online permit desk, lets you check whether your plan needs a permit; if in doubt, your municipality can help.
What warranty applies, and how do I look after it?
GardenGate Veranda gives a 5-year warranty on polycarbonate roof panels; for other parts we go through that in the quote conversation. Upkeep is usually simple: rinse glass, polycarbonate and aluminium clean now and then with lukewarm water and a soft cloth, without abrasives.
