Cookie policy
What this website stores in your browser, when measurement and advertising services run (only with your consent), and how to change your choice.
- Updated 3 October 2026
- You can change your choice at any time
In short
- This website itself stores only your choice in the cookie notice. Without your consent we place no cookies to track you.
- Measurement and advertising services from third parties, such as Google and Meta, load only after you click ‘Accept’, and only if we have switched them on for this website.
- You can change your choice at any time via ‘Manage cookie settings’ at the foot of every page.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser. Similar techniques, such as your browser’s local storage, do the same. Some are needed for a website to work. Others remember preferences, measure how the website is used, or are used to show and measure advertising.
What this website stores itself
This website stores one thing: your choice in the cookie notice. It does so in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and the data stays on your own device. We use it only so that the notice does not appear again on every visit.
| Name | Purpose | Kept for | When it is set |
|---|---|---|---|
| gg-cookie-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookies. | Until you change your choice or delete the website data from your browser. | As soon as you click ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’. |
Beyond that, this website itself sets no cookies.
Measurement and advertising services (only with consent)
This website is set up to load third-party services with your consent. Whether such a service is active at the moment depends on what we have configured for this website; without your consent nothing loads in any case. They are:
- Google Analytics: statistics about how the website is used, such as which pages are visited.
- Google Ads: measuring whether an advertisement leads to a request, and showing advertisements.
- Google Tag Manager: a management tool through which tags are loaded. Other services can be loaded through it as well; those too load only after your consent.
- The Meta Pixel: measures visits and requests that result from our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
These services load only after you have clicked ‘Accept’. If you choose ‘Decline’, or have not chosen yet, they are not loaded. If they set cookies or similar identifiers, those are their own cookies; what exactly they set, and for how long, is described in their own cookie information.
Changing your choice
We ask for your choice on your first visit. You can change it at any time with the button below or via ‘Manage cookie settings’ at the foot of every page. The notice then appears again; your new choice replaces the previous one.
A service that has already loaded on the page you are viewing stays active until you reload or leave the page. After that, the website follows your new choice.
Deleting cookies in your browser
In your browser’s settings, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, you can view and delete cookies and website data, and block third-party cookies. If you delete this website’s data, your choice in the cookie notice disappears too, and we ask for it again on your next visit.
Exactly how this works differs by browser. Look in your browser’s help for ‘delete cookies’.
Questions and changes
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy statement. You can email questions about this cookie policy to info@ggveranda.nl.
We may amend this cookie policy, for example if we switch a service on or off. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
